What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a motivated and commercially oriented Sales Intern to support our commercial team through a curricular internship.
This opportunity is ideal for students interested in gaining hands-on experience in institutional sales within the fintech and quantitative investment industry. The intern will work closely with the sales and marketing teams, supporting client-related activities, CRM management, market research, and commercial operations.
This role requires strong English communication skills, as the company operates in an international environment and regularly interacts with global clients and partners.

What You’ll Be Doing
Support the sales team with day-to-day commercial and administrative activities
Maintain and update CRM data (HubSpot) with accurate client and prospect information
Assist in preparing sales materials, reports, and client documentation
Conduct market and company research on institutional investors and industry trends
Support lead generation and prospecting activities
Coordinate with the marketing team on outreach and communication initiatives
Assist in organizing meetings, calls, and follow-up activities with clients and prospects
What You Need
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or related fields
Strong English and Italian communication skills (written and spoken)
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Interest in fintech, financial markets, and institutional sales
Bonus Points For
Exposure to artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and their business applications
Experience with financial markets
Good analytical and research skills
